All-in marketing partner

Your marketing lead, without having to hire one.

You built the business. I make the marketing make sense.

For founders with real traction whose marketing has turned into a mess. Product or service, any industry.

Sound familiar?

The business works. The marketing is a mess.

  1. Doing it all

Marketing happens late at night, after the real work is done.

  2. Juggling freelancers

One person for email, another for social, and no one in charge.

  3. Tools that don't connect

Forms, CRM, email and site don't talk to each other.

  4. No one owns the plan

Plenty of activity. No strategy tied to revenue.

What I do

One problem: no one owns your marketing.

I know what your business needs, and I put the pieces together.

  • No one owning marketingI step in as your marketing lead for strategy and execution.
  • A patchwork of freelancersI replace it with one senior person.
  • Channels that don't connectI audit the system and wire forms, CRM, email, social and site together.
  • A neglected email listI rebuild flows, nurtures and campaigns. Email is usually where I start.
  • A mess from a past agencyI clean it up and set a clear plan and timeline.
  • Ideas that never launchI take projects from 75% to live, then test them.

How it works

The same three moves, whatever the industry. Fix, build, then grow.

    Diagnostic

  2. Build the engine

One strategy across email, social, web and retention, run with clear KPIs.

    Revenue architecture and execution

  3. Grow and lead

Review the data, refine, and stay on as your marketing lead.

About Caitlin

Thirteen years inside very different businesses taught me to spot the same problems fast.

Whole Foods Market, a cannabis brand, a fem-tech startup, a vet clinic, a consulting firm and a handful of agencies. The industries change. The marketing problems repeat. I founded Zigthor in 2024 to be the one senior person a founder can hand it all to.
