The Marketing Foundation Audit
Two weeks. A clear picture of what's broken, what to fix first, and a 90 day plan you can run with or without me.
It starts with a 30-minute call to confirm fit and set a start date.
How the audit runs
Week one
Access and review
You share logins. I go through every channel the way a new marketing lead would on their first week, looking for where revenue leaks.
Week two
Findings and plan
I write up what I found, rank the fixes by impact, and build the 90 day plan around them.
Final step
The walkthrough
Sixty minutes on a call. You leave knowing exactly what to do first, and whether you want help doing it.
All-In Marketing Partnership
$3,000 a month · six months, then $2,500 a month ongoing
I stay on as your marketing lead. Strategy and execution in one relationship, so nothing depends on your spare time.
Month 1
Diagnostic and performance audit
Month 2
Revenue architecture and strategy alignment
Months 3 to 6
Integrated execution and optimization across email, social, content, website, go-to-market and brand
The rhythm
Biweekly strategy calls, monthly reports, a shared roadmap checklist, KPI tracking, and direct contact during business hours
A good fit: founders with real traction and a budget
- The business works. The marketing hasn't kept up.
- You're doing it all, or managing freelancers who don't talk to each other.
- You want one senior person who plans it and does it.
- Product or service, any industry. Roughly $250K in revenue or more.
Not a fit: guaranteed results in 90 days
If you want to throw everything at the wall this quarter, I'm the wrong hire. I plan before I act, I give honest timelines, and I'd rather turn work away than overpromise.
Before you book
- How long before I see results?
- Three to six months. I plan before I act, and I turn away work that wants guaranteed results in 90 days.
- Do I have to commit to six months?
- No. The audit stands on its own. You can run the 90 day plan yourself, with your team, or with me.
- The last agency left a mess. Is that a problem?
- It's the most common starting point. I rebuild the foundation and your trust before any new ideas go live.
- Which tools do you work in?
- The ones you already have. Recent work has been in Klaviyo, Shopify, Squarespace, Kit, Buffer and Notion.
- Do you run paid ads?
- Paid ads are extra scope. When a plan calls for them, I bring in a paid ads partner and keep ownership of the plan.
