I bring calm, clarity and structure to marketing chaos.
I'm Caitlin Zigthor. I step in when a founder has real traction but the marketing is scattered: too many tools, freelancers with no lead, and no plan. I fix the foundation, build the engine, and stay on as the marketing lead.

I started at sixteen, selling ads for the yearbook.
That was the first time I saw the pattern: a thing people cared about, a budget that depended on it, and nobody owning the marketing. I've seen it since at Whole Foods, at a cannabis brand, at a fem-tech startup, at a vet clinic and inside a consulting firm. The industries change. The problem repeats.
I founded Zigthor in 2024 because most founders don't need another specialist. They need one senior person who sees the whole business, plans the work, and then does it. That's the job I built this company to do.

Audit first. Email next. Honest timelines throughout.
I always start with an audit
Even when you hire me for one channel. Customers see the whole system, so I won't work in a silo.
Email is usually my way in
It's the channel most founders neglect and the fastest place to prove the foundation is fixed. Then I get under the hood and find the rest.
Three to six months, said out loud
I plan before acting. If a past agency burned you, I rebuild trust before I pitch anything new.
"I'm the marketing friend who notices you forgot to plug in the toaster."

Let's see if it's a fit.
Thirty minutes. Bring the mess. I'll tell you what I'd look at first.
